Cabinets/Existing Tops:

Cabinets must be leveled and fastened to a permanent location at the time of templating. If you are re-using existing cabinets, your existing countertops must be removed prior to the template date given. (If we are doing the tearout of your existing countertops, we will remove them at the date given at time of purchase). We will go over any questions you may have at this time as well.

Plumbing:

All plumbing has to be unhooked before we template. Sink and faucets will need to be pulled out ahead of time. If you decide to get a sink and faucet from elsewhere they will need to be at the job site location at the time of templating. When we are templating we will go over any questions on faucet placement. All farm style sinks need to be set in place before the template can be done. After the installation of the new countertops, a plumber can follow in shortly after to do all plumbing hook-ups. We don’t offer any plumbing work. If you would like suggestions on companies we recommend, please just ask and we can give you a list!

Cooktops/Appliances

We don’t offer any removal of appliances. Please have cook-tops pulled out and any other appliances if need be. Although typically we don’t need stoves and refrigerators moved out of place, please note if they do need to be moved we don’t offer this service. If you have a cooktop that is going in or that you are reusing, please have that on the job site when we come to the template. We don’t offer any cabinetry work. Homeowners are responsible for making sure all appliances fit into cabinetry or openings.
